Just a note to let you know that Becky and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Tom and his crew of Jake and Andy. They appear to have the right tools and equipment to get the job done. Even so, we are amazed at how much they accomplish during a single work day. We still can't believe they worked last Friday in that brutal sub-zero weather and got as much done as they did.

There has been excellent two way communication and Tom has sent us pictures of the construction progression which is very much appreciated.

We are especially pleased with the steelwork and the appearance of the cedar on the boat house and the way Tom altered the dock fascia to further hide the steelwork from our lake view from the shore. These outcomes really exceeded our expectations and we are delighted.

We were not expecting the boat house to be completed until Spring but are glad it is getting done ahead of schedule.

Jim, you were truly correct when you told us that Tom would make it a showplace. We absolutely believe the completed project will be the envy of our neighborhood. It really should generate new business for you in the future.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how extremely happy Bill and I are with the work done by Tom and his crew. As you know, I, most especially, was very unhappy with the condition we were in and did not enjoy our cottage as I wanted to. The best way I can describe how I feel now is to say that I am at such peace and love every day here. Our deck and seawall are beautiful and we have already spent endless hours on them!

It is unique to find a company such as yours that is totally professional in every single aspect of a project.
